Event: Socializa Day, 2016.
Interview conducted after the II Edition of SocializaDay, an annual event aimed at digital business managers who wish to improve their business through social networks, neuromarketing and eCommerce.
At this event, I presented the results of the neuromarketing study carried out in 3 popular online fashion stores: Zara, H&M and ASOS, and whose objective was to detect inefficiencies in usability and user experience.
This study was carried out by Flat 101’s UX Lab, which has extensive experience conducting research studies for clients from very diverse sectors.
